The GEL-SONOMA™ 8 shoe is designed for the great outdoors. It's a durable trail model that gives trail runners an affordable, trusted trail shoe with cushioning and grip elements for off-road surfaces.
Underfoot comfort stems from a full-length AMPLIFOAM™ PLUS midsole and GEL™ technology unit that's strategically placed where cushioning is needed.
Lastly, the trail-specific outsole is functional for providing advanced traction. Its pattern helps you experience a confident stride on the uphill and downhill sections of challenging terrain.
Width: D standard - STANDARD
For men the standard shoe width is D, going up to a wide fitting 2E and the widest a 4E. In New Zealand the most common shoe width size* for men is a 2E.

Pronation
Pronation is part of the natural movement of the human body and refers to the way your foot rolls inward for impact distribution upon landing. Understanding your pronation type can help you find a comfortable running shoe. The GEL-SONOMA 8 is made for Underpronation, and Neutral.
Underpronation
Foot type: High arches
Push Off: The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
How your foot contacts the ground
The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.
Neutral
Foot type: Normal size arches
Push Off: There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on the outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days of your order being placed. All products are shipped nationwide using NZ Post. In the event that delivery is significantly delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, please contact us or check the tracking order number that was sent to your email.

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, but in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item we will provide an exchange or store credit all you need to do is contact us. Before you make your purchase, it’s helpful to know your shoe measurements, before ordering from our store. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.
If you are eligible for an exchange we will then supply you with a return address. The customer must email us first, BEFORE sending anything back. Items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. We will then arrange the exchange.
