Our Terms of Sale
Please read these Terms of Sale (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before making a purchase through https://shoebizz.co.nz (“the Site”, “Website”) operated by Shoebizz Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) when not browsing or checking out using multi-currency functionality. If you make a purchase using a credit card your account will be charged in NZD. If you are paying from overseas please check with your card issuer as additional charges may be applied. The name that will appear on your statement will be Shoebizz.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days of your order being placed.
For orders under $100 delivery is charged at $7.95 tracked courier service.
Spend over $100 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.
Delivery 1 – 3 working days approx.
For orders under $150 delivery is charged at $12.95 tracked courier service.
Spend over $150 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.
Delivery 2 – 6 working days approx.
Worldwide (outside New Zealand and Australia)
For orders under $200 delivery is charged at $24.95 tracked courier service.
Spend over $200 and we will ship for free using a tracked courier service.
Delivery 5 – 15 working days approx.
Occasionally we will offer the opportunity to purchase our products prior to them arriving at Shoebizz. Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of ordering – where multiple items are purchased in one order (including items in-stock and pre-order) only one delivery fee (if applicable) will be charged.
The expected approximate dispatch date will be displayed on our site for any product available on pre-order, and we will keep you informed of any changes to that date. In the event that delivery is significantly delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, but in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email email@example.com with photos of the item. We will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 21 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible and that includes sizing and colour guides for our clothing products. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.
If you change your mind or if you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for the original purchase price of the item (not including shipping costs). Items must be returned to us within 21 days of the original purchase and must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc. returned with the item. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to offer refunds on items that are not damaged or faulty.
Sale items may only be exchanged or refunded if faulty.
Provision of Information
When you use our website to purchase any products you will be required to provide certain information. You agree and warrant that:
(a) You will not use any false identities or personas and must provide us with your full legal name and current details;
(b) All information provided by you will be true and correct in all respects at the time it is given;
(c) You are responsible for ensuring that all information which is necessary to process any uncompleted sale transaction is kept up to date at all times, and will provide details of any changes to Shoebizz.
