We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days of your order being placed. All products are shipped nationwide using NZ Post.
In the event that delivery is significantly delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, please contact us or check the tracking order number that was sent to your email.
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, but in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item we will provide a full refund, store credit or an exchange, all you need to do is contact us.
Before you make your purchase, it’s helpful to know your shoe measurements, before ordering from our store. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.
If you are eligible for a refund or an exchange we will then supply you with a return address. The customer must email us first, BEFORE sending anything back. Items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. We will then arrange the exchange.
